Raoul, I think your topic is really interesting. I think this will end up being a very good term paper because it shows a lot of original thought and analysis. One point that you make that is particularly well thought out is how you say that the whole “guilty until proven innocent” school of thought will protect the masses, but fail the individual. However, I do think that you should read it over a couple of times before you post the next 500 words. At some points, the overall structure and syntax of your paragraphs make it difficult to understand the first time they are read.
